"Omelette"

God I love omelettes!

Cheese, eggs, bacon, ham, spanish olives, onions, bell peppers, salsa, tomoatoes or anything you can think of.

Tonight's omelette?

Three eggs, a touch of milk, "California Garlic Salt," a slice of swiss cheese, a slice of cheddar and bacon with Santa Barbara salsa on top.

Yum!

I just love breakfast for dinner! LOL
